The spindle does not rotate
Check the following:
1. Is there a timing belt between the spindle motor pulley and the spindle pulley ?
2. Does your virtual pendent on the computer screen show a cutter with a “green arrow” ? 
. If it shows a red arrow 
,the spindle will not rotate.
3. Remove the spindle belt (which is located between the spindle pulley and the spindle motor pulley). Then hit the “spindle test” key 
. If the motor does rotate without the belt, but not with the belt, a spindle bearing might be defective.
4. In the above case (3.) check if a clogged spindle vacuum boot does not block the rotation. If that is the case remove the depth setting ring and clean the inside of it. Remember that it is necessary to always use a vacuum cleaner during operation.
