 +To pause the engraving cycle in the middle of a job, you can click the “Pause” {{:en:x300:pause.png?50|}} button on your virtual keypad. The spindle will go up, the XY moves will stop, the spindle will stop rotating and the “resume” [[:user:jan.vangelder:x300:en:20x20.png?id=en%3Ax300%3Apause_button&media=user:jan.vangelder:x300:en:20x20.png|{{:user:jan.vangelder:x300:en:20x20.png?18}}]] button will be displayed.

 +When in Pause-mode, several things can be done, such as jogging the spindle to another location, so that you can take a closer look at the already engraved parts, you can change cutters or change the position of the nosecone and hence the engraving depth.

 +Clicking the Resume {{:en:x300:resume.png?50|}} button will resume the engraving at the right spot, even if you did jog the spindle to another location during the pause.
