 You will need the following hardware and software to develop and output jobs in Symmetry.
-  * Microsoft Windows 10 or 11

-  * **Step 1: Launch the installer** \\ Insert the supplied memory stick into the USB port of your computer. \\ Browse the Symmetry memory stick and doubleclick on the file 'Symmetry-2.4.0.5.exe". The number which you see after the word 'Symmetry' indicates the version number.
-  * **Step 2: Choose the proper install location.** \\ As a default, the installer software will suggest "C:\Symmetry" as the installation folder. If you want or if the security policy within your organisations requires so, you can also install the software in any other folder like "C:\Program Files\Symmetry" or any folder of your choice. In order to do so, click the "Browse…" button and select the folder of your choice. \\ Then click "Next >".
-  * **Step 3: Choose components.** \\ At this stage, the only component you can select is the Symmetry software itself. As this is required, this is option is greyed out, and you cannot deselect it. Left-click the "Install" button. \\ The green progress bar will fill until the installation is completed. \\ Then click "Close".
